As we stand in mid-April 2025, with the first quarter already behind us and Easter weekend approaching, it’s hard to ignore how fast-paced and turbulent the year has already been. It almost feels like time is speeding up, as if we’re being pushed through whitewater rapids, deeper into the unknown.

Yet with this pace and pressure comes opportunity.

At the start of this year, my family, our team, and partners made a conscious decision: 2025 is not just a year - it's our “Victory Year.” No matter the storms, setbacks, or steep climbs ahead, we chose to view every challenge as a chance to grow. We’ve committed to doing business with greater purpose, leading with intentionality, and embracing creativity and innovation at every turn.

As John Maxwell says, “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” And so, we’ve chosen to change our lens. Because waiting for the right time? That time may never come. Time waits for no one. The time is now.
