Investor of the Year 2024: Finalists Revealed

The Investor of the Year (IOTY) Awards, hosted by the SA Property Investors Network (SAPIN) and proudly sponsored by Absa Home Loans, is thrilled to unveil the 18 finalists across 10 categories for 2024.

The IOTY Awards shine a spotlight on ordinary South Africans achieving extraordinary success in property investment. This year’s event, taking place at Shepstone Gardens in Johannesburg, celebrates property entrepreneurs who have transformed side hustles into thriving businesses. From township pioneers who began with renting rooms to dynamic women breaking barriers in the industry, these awards honour the inspiring stories of those overcoming challenges to make a mark in real estate.

With hundreds of entries assessed by a panel of expert judges, the finalists represent a diverse range of achievements across newly introduced categories, including Township Entrepreneurs, Women and Youth Entrepreneurs, Big Leagues, and Social Change Agents.
