Devmark Properties launches De Zwartland Voorhuis in the heart of the Swartland

Award-winning Devmark Property Group has launched De Zwartland Voorhuis as part of their exciting R650 million De Zwartland Werf multi-use development, which lies on the northern boundary of Malmesbury, adjacent to the N7 and the town’s Voortrekker Road.

As one of the single biggest investments made in the area, De Zwartland Werf will include a convenience retail centre consisting of approximately 50 stores, restaurants, entertainment, a Toyota motor showroom and a Crestcare private hospital. De Zwartland Werk offers office space ranging from 85m² to 277m2, making De Zwartland Werf the ultimate place to live, work and play.

Says Dejane Steyl, Head of Marketing at Devmark Property Group: “De Zwartland Voorhuis will offer a vibrant lifestyle with all the amenities on your doorstep. As part of the 11ha De Zwartland Werf development, the apartments will boast magnificent views of the surrounding area and mountains.”

The 26 apartments will offer studios as well as one and two bedroom apartments with balconies, ranging between 31m² and 61m² and selling from R795 000 to R1 500 000. Modern fittings and finishes will be of excellent quality.

She adds that Malmesbury is an important urban niche in the Swartland and Western Cape. “It’s fast becoming increasingly popular due to its country lifestyle and central location. Its high development potential can be attributed to factors such as its relative accessibility along the N7 road/rail corridor, closeness to Cape Town and the airport, as well as its diversified economic base, which not only includes agriculture but also well-developed industrial and commercial sectors.”

Steyl concludes that De Zwartland Voorhuis promises to be an excellent investment. “Currently there is high demand for residential apartments in Malmesbury and the location and lifestyle De Zwartland Voorhuis offers, is unsurpassed in the greater Swartland area. With civil works well underway, the estimated date of completion is the second half of 2024. De Zwartland Werf will offer a much needed space to shop, eat, work and play, with De Zwartland Voorhuis offering modern living in a safe village setting.”
