Investors are invited to participate in investing capital in a residential development in the suburb of Langeberg Ridge in Cape Town, where you invest alongside the developer.
The Developer has started with the development of the project comprising 166 sectional title apartments within a secure gated environment.
The investment required for this stage of the project is R 9 600 000, with the minimum investment amount of R 100 000. Investments receive returns calculated as follows, upon funds being drawn into the project:
14% – 18% per annum Fixed Return [Dependent on level of investment]
Primary consideration is protection of investor capital. Development assets are held as security for investor capital, until investors are repaid. Protection is under supervision of an independent Security Trust. The investment period is projected at an approximate of 18 months.
At inception, investment funds are paid into an attorneys trust account and upon exit of the investment the proceeds are repaid to the investor by the attorneys. At this time investors may exercise their option to roll their investment funds over into subsequent investment cycles to prolong the investment.
The development is a secure, access-controlled complex comprising 166 units with clubhouse and swimming pool. The homes are all 2-bedroom units with a choice of 1 or 2 bathrooms. Many units will have a patio or balcony with a braai. The complex is located in an already built-up area, on an elevated site with desirable views offered from many units.
